Here a great lamp from the mid fifties Eames era. This is a female Robin Hood, Peter Pan style character. Has almost a Pin-Up feel to it, Signed by the artist and marked Colonial Art Creations. Made of plaster and has almost no chips and is in great condition. 2-tier fiberglass swirl shade is probably original and has no tears. Original socket switch is broken and will need to be replaced. Here is an old black and white photo signed twice from 1925. It appears to be of a male Russian dancer. I cannot make out the larger signature, but what is for certain is in the lower right hand corner is imprinted with the name Carlo Leonetti, which is also signed by him. Leonetti was a graphic artist, painter and photographer. He did portraits and photographs of persons in New York's artist world. He was born in 1918 and died in 1994.
