Description:
An outpatient physical therapy company is looking for a Director of Rehab The director must be a physical therapist, preferably licensed already in NJ .

The perfect candidate would have a minimum of 3-5 years of clinical experience in ouptatient orthopedics and is looking to make a change and take on an exciting new management opportunity.

Past management experience is not required but would be a strong plus. We are looking for a dynamic personality and someone who wants to learn and be in a position to constantly better themselves both personally and professionally.

Job duties require but are not limited to the following:
1) Treat a regular full caseload.
2) Oversee the daily operations of the front desk and rehab technicians.
3) Work in conjunction with the marketing coordinator to:
a) maintain current physician and community relationships.
b) be available for meetings with physicians and various community programs to foster new relationships.
4) Work closely with the Chief Operating Officer to ensure maximal success of the clinic and the Director.

Salary range is going to be commensurate with experience but we offer profit sharing/incentive bonus, continuing education reimbursement, 401k, PTO, and health benefits.
